Elementary Summer Camps

    • All programs are FREE and available to students currently in grades 2-4 during the 2018-2019 school year. Only grades specified will be accepted.
    • No bus service provided for Pablo camps. Limited transportation available for KWH camps. (With the exception of Swim Camp. Bus will transport students to and from school building.)
    • Space is limited and applications are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.
    • You will receive an acceptance (or waiting list) letter in the mail.
    • If your student is absent on the first day of camp, they will be dropped so we can admit a student from the waiting list.

Pablo Camps

  • Reading Program: June 10-27, 9:00 am - 10:00 am

    Available to current 3rd-4th grade students. The program will run Monday-Thursday and aims to improve reading fluency, accuracy, and comprehension of students in elementary. Teacher: Wendi Giles


    Swimming: June 17-21, 9:00 am - 12:00 pm 

    Available to current 2nd-3rd grade students. Learn and/or practice swimming and have fun with a half hour swim lesson and an hour free swim at Mission Valley Aquatic Center. Teachers: Charla Lake & MVA Staff


    Salish & Cultural Heritage: June 17-21, 8:45 am - 12:15 pm

    Available to current 2nd-4th grade students. Participate in several fun, cultural activities such as native games, Salish language, art work, dancing & music. Teachers: Naomi Billedeaux & Ms. Graves


    STARBASE STEM: June 24-26, 9:00 am - 12:00 pm

     Available to current 3rd-4th grade students. Learn science, technology, engineering, and math through fun, hands-on activities including designing hot air balloons, programming robots, building small water crafts using fuel cell systems and water rockets, and other exciting projects. Teachers: STARBASE Staff


    Art Camp:  June 24-28, 8:45 am - 12:15 pm

    Available to current 2nd-4th grade students. Students will learn to use watercolors, acrylic paints, and different materials to create summer themed masterpieces!


    Pablo camps meet at Pablo Elementary School. Free lunch available for students 18 years old and younger at 11:30 am - 12:30 pm. Adults can eat for $4.00. Summer Feeding Program runs Monday-Friday, June 10-August 16.

    Applications are available for pick up at Pablo Elementary Office. Copies may also be requested by email, contact Crystal Little Owl.

     Fill out application and forms indicated for each camp and turn in to the Pablo Elementary Office.

K. William Harvey Camps

  • Salish & Cultural Heritage: June 10-13, 9:00 am - 12:00 pm

    Learn basic Salish and participate in cultural heritage activities in this fun-filled week. We’ll learn counting, how to introduce ourselves, and useful phrases in Salish. Teachers: Naomi Billedeaux & Alina Graves


    Gardening: June 17-21, 9:00 am - 12:00 pm

    Come explore R-Garden with us! We will plant, make snacks, do crafts, and investigate the natural world. We’ll also go on a field trip to a vegetable farm or garden! Teacher: Jessica Charette

    K. William Harvey camps meet at Ronan Middle School Cafeteria. Free meals available for students 18 years old and younger: Breakfast @ 8:15 am - 10:00 am, Lunch @ 11:30 am - 1:00 pm.
