We no longer send home enrollment papers to update currently enrolled students. Parents can access the Infinite Campus Parent Portal link at any time via the District’s website to update currently enrolled student information. Once completed and submitted, a notification will be sent to the building secretary to approve the changes. Another option is to come into your child’s building after August 3rd, where you will be provided with a kiosk to complete this process and school staff could provide guidance and assistance.
New student enrollment or re-enrolling students after exiting : use the “New Student/Re-Enrolling Student Link also found on the District website (active after August 3rd) or you may go to the building of the enrollment office after August 3rd.
Once enrolled, students will remain enrolled and generally promoted to the next grade level until receipt of paperwork requesting enrollment from another school or from the county superintendent for homeschool.

When seeking out-of-district enrollment for elementary, students must attend the elementary school closest to their current physical address. The Principal shall review the completed application for out-of-district enrollment and shall recommend approval or denial. Within 10 days of receipt of a completed out-of-district enrollment application, the District shall notify the parent or guardian of the anticipated date for approval or denial of the application. The Board will consider the recommendation for denial of an out-of-district application in a closed session of the Board.
Enrolled out-of-district students who fall below this standard during the year, may find themselves referred to the Board of Trustees to have their enrollment status revoked. In such cases, a hearing will be scheduled to provide an opportunity for the student and parent/guardian to appeal this recommendation.
