How do I sign my student up?  - Fill out an application available at your student's front office. Or download the documents above in the orange links.

When does sign-up begin? - For the 25/26 school year you can get an application at back to school night at our table. Back to school is August 25th.

Is there an online application? - You can download and email your application in. If printed, turn it into your schools' secretary.

Are students given a snack? - Students are given a snack and a drink for free provided by the program. If you have dietary restrictions, please record that on your application and alert the director.

Is there a bus? - We have bus drop-off available for students. There is no door-to-door service. Drop off zones are indicated on the application. Please be present at the bus location for drop off. This is to ensure the safety of your student.

Is there ASC on Fridays? - No, there is no ASC on Fridays.

When does ASC begin? - The first day of ASC will be on September 29th. During in service, ASC goes from the end of the students' school day till 5:30pm.

My student rides the bus. What time will they get home? - Our current route is dropping off our last student off at 6pm. KWH students get picked up at 5:45 from the school, RMS/RHS at 5:55 and PES at 5:15  to start the route. For closer estimation times, please contact the Director and she can give you a time.

Can I still sign my student up in the middle of the year? - YES! Fill out an application, and you will be contacted if we can get your student in. Some grade levels in our elementary are on a waitlist, but some are still open. RMS is accepting more students and there is no limit on our high school students.

When does ASC End? -The last day of ASC will be on April 29th.
